These are the Terms of Service for SEM Devs Social Manager, the internal tool SEM Devs uses to publish its own content to its own social accounts.
These terms govern the use of SEM Devs Social Manager (the "Tool"), an internal application operated by SEM Devs, with offices in Bagnolo Mella (BS), Italy. SEM Devs can be reached at info@sem-devs.com. By using the Tool you accept these terms.
The Tool is reserved for SEM Devs staff and for authorised collaborators, each of whom signs in with an individual company account. It is not offered to the public, there is no registration, and it is not made available to customers or to any other third party. Accounts are issued and revoked by SEM Devs.
The Tool prepares drafts of photo carousels, allows a person to review them and, upon explicit approval, publishes them to social accounts owned by SEM Devs, including TikTok. It publishes only to accounts that SEM Devs owns and has authorised. It does not publish on behalf of anyone else.
No content is published automatically. Every post requires the approval of an authorised person, who is responsible for what they approve. Before approving, that person must make sure the content is lawful, accurate and free of third-party material that we are not entitled to use.
When it publishes to TikTok, the Tool acts through TikTok's official APIs, under an authorisation granted by a SEM Devs administrator. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, which prevail in the event of any conflict with these terms. The authorisation can be revoked at any time from the settings of the connected account.
Whoever uses the Tool must not:
The Tool is provided for internal use, as is, with no guarantee of availability or of fitness for a particular purpose. SEM Devs may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time. Scheduled publications depend on the Tool running at the scheduled time.
The processing of personal data connected with the Tool is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Read the privacy policyBecause the Tool is for internal use and provided free of charge, SEM Devs excludes any liability towards its users to the maximum extent permitted by law, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability towards third parties for published content remains with SEM Devs as publisher.
These terms may be updated. The date shown at the top of this page indicates the version in force. Material changes are communicated internally.
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Brescia, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law.
