This policy describes how the SEM Devs app (desktop and Android) handles personal data. The app is a private business tool for managing support tickets, projects, quotes and work-time tracking.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We only rely on technical providers needed for the service:
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When the relationship ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with encryption at rest. Sign-in uses one-time codes, with no stored passwords.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, email info@sem-devs.com.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@sem-devs.com from your registered address. We will action the request within 30 days, except for data we must retain by law.
The app is a professional tool and is not intended for children under 16.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
When an administrator authorises the tool against our company TikTok account, we receive an access token, together with the account's open id and display name (permission user.info.basic). We use the open id and display name only to confirm that the correct account has been connected and to build the link to a post we have published, so our team can open it from our dashboard.
The images and caption of a carousel that a member of our staff has reviewed and approved, published to our own profile (permission video.publish). The images are served over HTTPS from a domain we own and have verified with TikTok.
We do not collect, receive or store any data about people who view, like, comment on or follow our posts. We do not read followers, video lists or analytics. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than publishing and linking our own posts. We do not share TikTok data with third parties, and we do not sell it.
The access token is stored on our own server, in a file readable only by the system account that runs the tool, and is kept only while the integration is active. The open id, display name and the links to published posts are kept for as long as those posts remain online. The authorisation can be revoked at any time from the TikTok account settings; on revocation we delete the token and stop publishing to that account.
On servers managed by SEM Devs within the European Union. Transfers to TikTok are governed by TikTok's own privacy policy.
The legitimate interest of SEM Devs in managing and publishing its own institutional communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data concerned relates to our own corporate account, not to third parties.
